I provide a unique personal fitness training service in Peterborough and the surrounding areas which allows you to achieve a full workout, receive expert advice and support from your home.

Each session is tailored to your needs, combining nutrition, fitness and coaching methods to achieve the best results. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, tone up, build muscle or generally just want to live a healthier lifestyle, you’ll receive the right personalised guidance to achieve your goals.

You won’t need any equipment, as I’ll bring all of that with me. The weights and tools I use are modular and flexible, allowing me to adapt to what is needed. All I recommend is to have an area of clear floor space to carry out the exercises. You’ll also have access to me outside of these sessions to help with questions, guidance and support.

Do I need my own weights or equipment at home?

No, if training at your home I will provide all necessary weights and equipment.

Can you train me in a gym?

I do have access to a local gym where we can train should you prefer that environment or need access to heavier weights or specialist equipment. For more information on where I can train you and how I can help, please contact me.

How much space will I need to have at home?

Most living room floors will suffice. Enough room to lay down and stretch your arms and legs. In the summer, we can train outdoors if you have a garden. If you’re able to, clear out the garage and make it your own gym.

I’m pregnant, can I still train?

Unfortunately I’m not currently pre-and-post natal trained so I wouldn’t be able to train you personally, but it is now highly recommended by medical experts that women should safely exercise when having a baby.

I've never done Personal Training before, does that matter?

Not at all. I’m here to guide you at your own pace, with your own skill set. Personal Training is different for everyone, you’re an individual and I will treat you as such. My 21-year-old body-builder client is not going to be doing the same as my 64-year-old general fitness client.
