The Fitness Industry Wasn’t Built For Us

You’ve tried the famine-like fad diets. You’ve survived the megaphone bootcamps (“I don’t want to hear it Karen, finish your squats and then you can rest your twisted ankle!”). You’ve bought the “6-week shred” from a 22-year-old online who looked like they came out of the womb with a 6-pack.

It worked… for a few months. But now you’re back to where you started, and feeling more disillusioned than ever.

It’s not your fault. I’m afraid advertising works.

But there is an alternative. You don’t need a drill sergeant screaming in your face for “just one more rep.” You don’t need a charming young whipper-snapper (who just finished Uni) telling you how easy it is to meal prep on a Sunday if “you want it enough.”

You do want it enough. You’ve just been misled.

Why I’m Different

1. I work with “Normal” People (And I Love It) – For 10+ years, I haven’t been training athletes or influencers. I’ve been working with real people who have jobs, families, and mortgages. I know that between work deadlines and the weekly food shop, you don’t have time to live in the gym.

2. I’ve Been There – I’m best equipped to help you because I’m not a genetic freak. I’ve been on my own journey, I’ve faced my own hurdles like being overweight, being on heart medication, and having low body confidence, and I’ve turned my health around. I don’t just sympathise with the struggle – I understand it.

3. Fitness That Fits (And Doesn’t Break You) – You have a hectic schedule, so we build the plan around your life, not the other way around. And crucially: Safety comes first. I’m here to reduce the aches, not create new ones so you can get the most out of what an active life has to offer.
