Why I’m Different
1. I work with “Normal” People (And I Love It) – For 10+ years, I haven’t been training athletes or influencers. I’ve been working with real people who have jobs, families, and mortgages. I know that between work deadlines and the weekly food shop, you don’t have time to live in the gym.
2. I’ve Been There – I’m best equipped to help you because I’m not a genetic freak. I’ve been on my own journey, I’ve faced my own hurdles like being overweight, being on heart medication, and having low body confidence, and I’ve turned my health around. I don’t just sympathise with the struggle – I understand it.
3. Fitness That Fits (And Doesn’t Break You) – You have a hectic schedule, so we build the plan around your life, not the other way around. And crucially: Safety comes first. I’m here to reduce the aches, not create new ones so you can get the most out of what an active life has to offer.
