What is Nutrition Coaching?

In the field of personal training, clients are often told to follow “this meal plan” and then are admonished when they are unable to stick to it. Unfortunately, most of us fail at sticking to a meal plan because:

My role is to educate, guide and support you in order to create better lifestyle habits and behaviours. You are unique in your personality and environment, and you don’t just fit into the meal plan mould.

Can You Help Me?

Look, if you did the shakes and clubs and didn’t get the results you were promised, that’s not your fault, and well done to you for at least trying to improve yourself. It just wasn’t the best method for you, and it isn’t for most people. My approach is what will help you to change without it feeling like your life is getting a big overhaul that you just don’t have the bandwidth for.

And what about gaining muscle? Building lean and toned muscle is extremely important for a healthy body and quality of life, but it’s difficult to know what to eat and when to eat it. It works in very much the same way as I work with fat loss clients, but except we eat more of the right stuff, at your pace with your level of appetite.

What Does a Session Look Like?

For convenience, we would meet online using Google Meet. The first session would be to find out what your day looks like, what you have around you, and how we can integrate some healthy habits into your day. With my help, you decide what you’re going to do for that week and we will build slowly, week by week.
